Openmondo.com (here "Openmondo") considers very important users' privacy and garantees that the use of personal information, collected and treated either through websites based on Openmondo format (here "Format") on other domains or directly on www.openmondo.com website will be in the respect of user rights, with particular attention to privacy, personal identity safeguard and to personal data protection.
Use (see art. 4 for better description) = any operation made, even without electronical device, about collecting, recording, organizing, keeping, consulting, modifying, blocking, spreading, cancelling datas, even though not registered in a database.
"Personal Information" = any information relating to a living individual who is or can be identified either from that information or from that information in conjunction with other information that is in, or is likely to come into, the possession of the Data Controller.

The data we collect and use
When you sign up in Openmondo we may collect information we ask you for, like your name, surname, email address, username, password. We may also collect information you voluntarily add to your profile.
Users can enjoy the Format and its contents even without giving personal information.
However some parts of the Format will be available only to registered users.
Personal information can be used, authomatically, (i) when browsing, (ii) when signing up to the website (required to use the service or buy goods releated to it), (iii) when requiring a single service or good.
Moreover, when the user contacts Openmondo for further information, we keep his/her personal information to be able to reply.
Informatic systems and software procedures for the website operation, will acquire some personal information as technical data.
Technical may include the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) the user is coming from, IP address, unique device ID, network and computer performance, browser type, language and identifying information, transactional information enabling digital rights management, operating system, and Openmondo application version, location information.
These data can only be used in the form of aggregated and anonymous statistics about the use of the website and its correct functionning and they are canceled after processing.
These data could also be used in case of ipothetical informatical crimes against the website.

Openmondo also collects personal information in registration forms, in requires of services or goods and in emails. This is the case of information useful to furnish to the user some informationa, goods or services.

- stipulate a contract with Openmondo;

Furthermore Openmondo may share some information collected about users with providers of third party applications or suppliers.
Datas are collected and stored on servers that Openmondo uses.
Some data may be shared with business partners, in the form of aggregated statistics (ex: average age of the website users, number of visits per geographical area) in a format which does not reveal users identity.
Moreover data can be shared to allow a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of Openmondo assets.

Username, password and credit card details are protected by a security system (Secure Sockets Layer - "SSL"). In this way Openmondo will not know or keep credit card details.
Users' rights about their own personal information (for EU residents only)
Users resident in the EU may request personal information held by Openmondo. Openmondo will provide user with a copy of the personal information held as soon as practicable. There may be a charge to access personal data. Openmondo may also request proof of identification to verify user access request. Openmondo endeavor to keep user information accurate, complete and up to date. If personal information held by Openmondo is inaccurate, the user should let Openmondo know and the company will make the necessary amendments, erase or block the relevant information.
The user may also request the erasure of his/her personal data.
Information inserted by users
Openmondo is not responsible of possible violation of contents inserted by users in the Format (User Generated Content).
Anyway the user when inserting some contents gives Openmondo the non-exclusive property of them.
